Filter Recommendation for Quark Xpress

I have to translate a manual in Quark Xpress 3.3 and return it back in Quark Xpress, both for Mac Operations. Also, I will have to translate it with Trados 6.5 Freelance. What filter should I use and how's the work flow gonna be.
