Which Trados users are offered the 2017 Special Introductory Pricing?

Are you supposed to see it in your account?

AFAIK everyone gets it.

If you don't have Trados 2015 yet, you can buy Trados 2015 now (i.e. after 1 July 2016) and get a free upgrade to Trados 2017. Trados 2015 Freelance Plus costs EUR 1055 (but there's a limited offer for EUR 655 now on the web site).

If you already have Trados 2015, you can pre-order Trados 2017 like-for-like for EUR 405 (but there's a limited offer for EUR 155 now on the web site).
