My partner in crime and I are about to start on a large project for a company.
We're using Trados (6.5.1.406) but there's a possibility of upgrading. I'm not as familiar with this program as with WordFast and I find the program, as well as the range of products, to be more than a little confusing.

Is there a way to share our term base and tmws on a server without Term Server?

You can open a memory (tmw) and/or a terminology database (mtw) in a LAN from different client pcs.
Secondly:
Is Term Server included in the LSP version?
No.
TM Server and Multiterm Server are seperate products.
