Trados FL 5.5 - Excel in T-Windows

I am trying to use T-windows for the first time. It was working quite well, when suddenly appeared a DEMO Mode message: I was told I couldn't use it no longer on the demo mode!!! What does that mean? I am not using demo-mode!!!

Who knows how to go on working? I am in the hurry to finish the job!

Do you have a T-Windows license? Jul 18, 2005

Hi Constance,
IIRC there's a limit on the maximum number of translation units when T-Window for Excel runs in demo mode.

Check your license (via Help - About...), to see whether T-Window for Excel is included in the list of licensed products.

It only tells me my license number and that it is a FL 5.5, nothing else.

Hi again,
It only tells me my license number and that it is a FL 5.5, nothing else.

I no longer have T5.5 installed, so I cannot check, but it looks like you don't have a license for the T-Windows...

Possible workaround: copy the Excel file into a Word table.
