How to import entries into existing termbase?

I have already created a termbase from a excel file, and now there are many new entires provided in another excel file. The coloums in the two excel files are not the same, and my question is:
how to import the new terms into the existing termbase?
(trados freelance 6.5, multiterm ix, win2000, office 2000)
