MT-Word interface --> Is auto return to Word possible after making new entry?

Is it possible to adjust the settings so that I return to Word automatically after making a new entry in MT?

As it is, I have to click back into the Word window, which seems silly.

In MT7 you can use a shortcut to enter a new term directly from within Word (Ctrl+Shift+M), and after you're done writing your entry you just hit Enter, the entry is saved and you're back to Word.
