Runtime error 5995 and message "Workbench is not running"

We have got new computers with new software, so that now we have Windows XP, with
Trados 6.5.5.438 (build 439) and
Word 2002
Also we have a PDFMaker.dot and an rhd.dot in "Vorlagen and Add-ins" (Templates and add-ins - not sure what it is in English).
Unfortunately, we, now, cannot get the workbench to run with Word. And we get the above mentioned runtime error when we activate Trados6.dot. We have already renamed the PDFMaker.dot, which did the trick for me but not for... See more
