Premium support: what is the added value?

Hello all,

I have finally decided that I want to order Trados, and now I am being asked the question whether or not I would like to get Premium Support (at € 119,25). I think that's quite a lot of money, so I am curious what your experiences with Premium Support are. Is it necessary? Do you use it a lot?
