I have a RTF document with a few bad tags and tag editor wont open it and converting to original format fails on it. Is there any way to repair these bad tags?

is to take a fresh copy of the file and "autotranslate" or "translate to fuzzy" to get to the point you've reached in the document.

The problem with that is the memories have not been saved so there isn't an autotranslate capability.
