Closing segments in trados and Word

I have a problem with Trados 6.5 (Build 417): during a translation in Word I
get the message: 'Previous request not yet finished'. The error nr. should
be
11850. The option "Fix document"doesn't work, I cannot close the segment
without saving, I can't do
anything: the program blocks also all other segments. Can you help me?
