Error QuarkXpress Story Collector

Hi,
I want to translate QuarkXpress files in Trados 7 Freelance. I've installed everything according to the instructions. A Trados-menu appears in QuarkXpress and I try to export the files. Then I get this message:
Error:Please ensure the Tag Filter has been correctly installed and activated.
1 story has been exported.

But nothing has been exported.... Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
