Fuzzy index missing / not created in MutiTerm DB

I have a dyno MT database of 344652 entries. However, the fuzzy indeces are not available and "reorganise" (dis)gracefully dies after hours of sawing at the hard disk.

Q: can I do something with Access? After all it is (eventually) all Access-based and 1GB of text entries should not topple it...
