Trados 7.1 / Word 2003
The error message appears when trying to open the next segment.
(I've read all there was to read about this error, and this is most definitely not a TOC.)
It is a text box within Word 2003.
Tip: it does not show when viewing in Normal view. It only shows in Print Layout view.
I tried to copy it into a blank document, but the problem persists...
Any help will be much appreciated!

where the problem lies. Maybe this will solve your problem.
Such errors also occur when a sentence ends with a page break and no hard line break.

Hello, Doron.
Whenever I've encountered the message "End of Paragraph Not Found" (I'm not sure if the error number is the same as the one you mentioned, though), it's because at the end of the source sentence there is no paragraph mark.
What I do is turn on the "Show/Hide" option (the ¶ button), and check if there is a ¶ mark at the end of the fragment presenting the problem.
If there isn't, I insert one, hitting the return key on the keyboard, and pronto... See more Hello, Doron.

I have this same problem few days ago. The Word file the Client give was badly formatted. I have to us TagEditor to open it.
If you stilll want to do translation on Word you can Analyse the TTX file just create and export the 99% or less matched segments into a RTF file and translate this file on Word. When finished, you can apply the TM to the original Word file.
This do the trick for me. Hope it will work for you.

You have in word's task bar the Trados name, click on that and and you get several choices, click on the one that says "fix document". Then you can continue from the previous sentence.

Dear colleagues,
I've looked into all your solutions and it seems that the TagEditor solution is the only way out of this.
I have now created a small file on my desktop ironically called "Trados magic", and it has all sorts of funny little (or big) problems where there's no straightforward solution, but some strange workaround...
This problem will get a place of honour there (until I work it out of course).
