ttx 2 word/rtf and back again

I have a ttx file created from an Indesign CS2 inx file that I need to send to someone that has 6.0. Of course this doesn't work. Does anyone know of a work around?

You could download Arkady Vysotsky's PlusToyz at
http://www.geocities.com/avvysotsky/PlusToyz.zip
and see if it works in this case. PlusToyz can tag TTX for use in TWB and Wordfast.

as a txt file (6.x compatible).

Or am I misunderstanding the situation? Question is, what the person you're sending the stuff to, needs to do.
