Open/Get is inactive in TagEditor

After I open TM and open a file in TagEditor, I can see that Open/Get function is inactive and I am also unable to use a shortcut.
I had such problem before, but the reason was that TM had EN(US) as a source language and the file - EN(UK) as a source.
Now I do not receive that message about inappropriate source languages, so I don't know what can be the reason.

Solved. May 3, 2006

I have contacted my client and he replied "the 100% matches were not populated so that function wouldn't have worked anyway".
So now I have new files, and Open/Get works for them.

Thank you for advice, Ralf. Though I didn't have a chance to try it.
