Trados 6.5 problems with export of unknown segments

After analyzing some files I wanted to export the unknown segments into an RTF-file, but the button "Export Unknown Segments" is grey-colored (inaktive). How could I activate this button? What settings have to be changed?

A shot in the dark:

Did you have a TM opened? Without an active TM there's no unknown segments...

PS: of course analyzing without TM should not be possible at all, but then again, a shot in the dark...

Demo mode May 5, 2006

Another shot in the dark: These advanced functions are inactive whenever Workbench is in demo mode, i.e. no dongle or license file is present. You can still analyze with a small enough TM, but not use these functions.

Did you first launch the analysis ? May 5, 2006

This button is normally activated right after the analysis of the files. You first need to launch the analysis.
