I followed the hint regarding the capitalization of "D" in InDesign. I am still receiving those alerts, but the file opens anyway in Trados without obvious problems.
Does this alert affect the later target file?
P.S. Some other colleagues using the same TRADOS version as me (2007 7.0) do not have this problem.
