Difficulty with Termbase Wizard

Hello everyone! In Mutliterm 6.2.0.267, Termbase Wizard, step 5 of 5, I fail to add descriptive fields to the Entry structure at 'Entry level', while I do that quite easily at 'Index level' and 'Term level'! What's wrong? A million thanks in advance for your help.
