How do I toggle overtype mode in SDLX?

I have somehow inadvertently toggled the overtype mode in SDLX and do not know how to turn it off - it's driving me mad and is not obvious in the menu!

Hi

Could you rephrase the question in a different way? I am not sure I understand, you don't mean you have pressed "Insert", do you? If this was the case, you just need to press it again.
