Hello,
please take a look at this url:

This is when I try to change the term recognition option. I can press the ok button because its always disabled.

What do I have to do here?

Have you selected the termbase first? Perhaps as it is not opened, you are unable to select the OK button.

As I said before, I'm just guessing. I hope it works
