Hello, I am supporting SDLX/TRADOS 7 in a teaching area where the students do not have administrative rights but I have given rights to all users for the SDLX folder which has solved most of the problems. However I recieved the following from the tutor "Multiterm still isn't working properly. When I create an empty termbase (Termbase > Create Termbase, select Use a predefined... and then Bilingual glossary, enter any name and apart from that click Next, Next etc. and then Finish (no need to change anything else) and then go to Entry (menu), the Add option is grayed out."

Has anyone any idea how to get around this?

Thanks

Janet
