Hi,

I am using SDLX 2005, and just translated a Powerpoint file. When I create a translation, the new file is full of Chinese?? characters, and some translations don't appear.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Orsolya

Who created itd file? Mar 13, 2007

Did you create the itd file yourself (then check the language settings when importing the PPT file into SDLX). If you received the itd file from an agency, ask for the original PPT file and import it into your SDLX (create an itd file), apply your TM and let's see what happens.

I created it Mar 13, 2007

I created the file myself - as far as I know I did use the correct language/character settings when I imported it...
