TGB Trados upgrade: questions about version upgrades + release availability

Mods, feel free to move this to a proz.com forum as desired. I'm interested in participating in the latest TGB but am confused about a few things.

1) I have Trados 6.5 Freelance. The options in the Group Buy are:
Upgrade from SDL Trados 2006 Freelance to SDL Trados 2007 Freelance $68.00 USD
Upgrade from SDLX 2005 Standard to SDL Trados 2007 Freelance $176.00 USD
Upgrade from SDLX 2004 Standard to SDL Trados 2007 Freelance $284.00 USD

So am I "none of the above"? I'd like to know how much it will cost me, and if I can even upgrade at all, before committing to the Group Buy. For comparison, see the current campaign at sdl itself:

which does provide an upgrade from version 6.5.

2) The SDL website says Trados 2007 is only available for pre-order. I've read elsewhere that the release is scheduled for March. If I participate in the group buy, is version 2007 guaranteed to be available for immediate download? What if the release is postponed for weeks or even months?
