I'm new to trados, so I would like to say hello at the first!

to the point:
I'm trying to prepare a dtd, which must be used for translating xml defined string tables. these tables has the folowing markup:

variable_name=string_value

what I'm trying to achieve is to define as non-translatable the tag and the variable_value. I must get something like this:

variable_name=string_value

where in bold is the translatable part.

I don't know the syntax very well and I don't know what to search and where to begin so I can do something like a regular expression fro each tag.

also there are some chars in the string, which also have to be excluded in the dtd, I saw that I can define something like entities, I'll read more about it

can anyone help me?

thanks,
nickey
