Fehlermeldung beim Öffnen von Trados 2007-Komponenten

Hallo zusammen,

habe eben SDL Trados 2007 installiert, was soweit auch ohne Fehlermeldungen funktioniert hat.

Sobald ich jetzt aber eine Komponente (z.B. TWB) öffne, kommt die Meldung: "... hat ein Problem festgestellt und muss beendet werden."

Hat jemand von euch das gleiche Problem? Was mich wundert ist, dass zu keinem Zeitpunkt der Installation nach dem "activation code" gefragt wurde.

Yes Caroline I had exactly the same problem. Every major component giving the same failure message. You are never given the opportunity to enter the activation code.
SDL are aware of the problem and went through the installation procedure with me interactively today. This particular problem seems to centre on a Microsoft Visual Basic C++ file. So hopefully a solution will emerge pretty soon. I was impressed with the speed of SDL's response to the postings in this forum.
