And one last question for tonight: Can I export (or import) one Trados TM directly into another Trados TM? Or do I have to proceed indirectly, by exporting it first into a TMX or TXT file and from there into the other Trados TM?

Thanks again for your help!

Best,

Olaf

afaik, you will have to export one of the tm to txt or tmx, then import it to the other tm.

... using export allows one to decide what to export and what not - sometimes pretty handy.
