"unable to get the text property of the character class"
Dear All,
I get the above message when trying to analyse an Excel file with Trados, and also cannot translate it using Tag Editor. Does anyone know how to solve this rather annoying problem?
Thanks in advance,
Paul

In case anyone else stumbles across this when encountering the same problem, I resolved it by saving the Excel file up to xlsx format (i.e. Excel 2010) rather than (97-2003) and also by saving it as a macro-enabled file.
