TRADOS doesn't let me close my word file

I use the latest TRADOS version to translate a word document. For whatever reason, I can't close my document nor use trados anymore as the system tells me I have a translation unit that seems to be opened, which is not the case.

Anyone can help

Assuming you work in Word, you should go to:
Insert (menu in Word) > Bookmark
and then select and delete any Trados bookmarks (either tw4winFrom or tw4winUpto - I don't remember which).

trados closing word document Jun 17, 2007

You can close the document by telling trados to "fix the document". In word, click on Trados and then select "fix document".
