Source text disappears off page in Word

I am experiencing exactly the same problem. Every time I open a segment the source segment scrolls up off the top of the page, so I have to scroll up every time to view it, which is time-consuming. This is nothing to do with page layout view, because I am in NORMAL view, using Word 2003 with Trados 2006.

Does anyone know what is causing this/is there a solution to it?

I noted the suggestion on the above post about Ando Tools, which is a good suggestion, but it would be nice to be able to solve it without using an add-in. ▲ Collapse

Instead of Normal view, I mean. It is one of the options under View
