Multiterm terms in black colour and target term not shown

We are facing recurring problem with Multiterm for past several months. When we convert an Excel glossary to Multiterm, both the source and target terms are in black and on opening the same in Workbench only the source term is visible and not the target. If we click on the source term, the target term is visible, else not. Normally the source term is in green and the target is in blue. We use Multiterm Convert. We are facing recurring problem with Multiterm for past several months. If we click on the source term, the target term is visible, else not. Normally the source term is in green and the target is in blue. We use Multiterm Convert. Our computer specifications:
SDL Trados 7.5.0.756 (LSP version)
Multiterm Desktop (7.1.0.361)
Office 2003, Windows XP.
Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
