How can I hide the source segments using the "show/hide formating marks" (¶) button?

Word keeps trying to correct the spelling in the source language and even if I amange to change it, it also tries to translate the sourse segments with the target language spellchecker.

Thanks

You can either ... Oct 16, 2007

... Go to Herramientas (I´m assuming your Word is in Spanish), Opciones, Ortografía y gramática and unmark Revisar ortografía mientras escribe. This will disable the red lines in your text.

Or in Herramientas, Opciones, Ver, unmark Texto oculto, this will hide the source text.

I prefer to disable the spellchecking option rather than hide the source text.

Hope this helps
Regards,
Marina
