I am translating some Word files from English into Arabic. Some translation units contain brand names, in which case I have to type the name in English as well as transliterating it in Arabic characters. When I do this, the Arabic characters turn into some Asian ones. Probably Chinese or Japanese, I can't tell. Have anyone faced such a problem, and is there a solution?
Thank you all for your help.
Kindest regards, Tamara

... I would recommend using TagEditor instead. The characters only change when you close the segment, right? Not when you type them? It sounds like the old change-the-formatting-when-closing-the-segment problem.
