Trados 5.5 and Word 2003

Hello everyone,

I recently installed Trados 5.5 with word 2003 and I have plenty of problems.

1. I do not see the Trados flagman or the toolbar and still can't find a way to make it visible. I read some other messages in the forum, i tried to proceed this way but nothing works.

2. Word 2003 started to "behave" strangely. I can no more place footnotes, hyperlinks or page numbers etc etc.

I already tried installing Trados again I restarted lot... See more

Indeed - searching for "Trados 5.5 Word 2003" yields quite a few results, including this topic.

Reinstall? Dec 12, 2007

Upgrade Trados. 5.5 is somewhat old now. Can you try to reinstall trados software?

Reinstallation didn't help, I think I will just need to upgrade....
