I am working on a small XLS file (36KB). When I try to open it in Tag Editor (the program is already running normally), the window closes without error message. Any idea of what's happening?

0. Open it with web browser. 1. Open the file in MS Word. If OK, go to step 7. 2. If MS Word warns for any errors, open it with MS Notepad. 3. Copy all and Paste to MS Word. 4. Save as a new text file, preferreably in UTF-8 format. 5. Change file in step 4 from *.txt to *.xls 6. Open the file with... See more
