Ever since then, I've had nothing but trouble and SDL refuse to help as
I don't have a service contract - although I have pointed out that it's
all resulted from the latest installation.

Basically the problem is that when working in Word hard returns,
bullets and numbered headings turn purple when I translate a segment
(i.e. they look like the Trados tag). When I clean up, they are still
there and I can't supply to the customer like that.
When I work in tables and go back to change anything, the next segment
turns into a tag and I can't open it again.

I haven't changed any settings since I upgraded and I'm using old
memories (my colleague is using them too without any problems).

SDL say it's a setting problem - has anyone else seen this?

But what is weird is that if I clean up the file and run the original through the translate function, it worlds perfectly with no strange formatting

Any suggestions gratefully received
Also does anyone have any experience of the SDL support packages, I may have to buy one if I don't resolve this soon and wondered if they are worth the money?

thanks a million

Multiterm Convert problem Feb 18, 2008

Hi Corrie,

I don´t know how to solve your problems. But Multiterm Convert begun to display error messages after I installed SP2.
The only solution I found was to uninstall everything (TW, Multiterm and Sinergy) and reinstall the original version (with SP1). Everything works fine now.
Maybe you should do the same.
I haven´t reinstall SP2 yet, and I think I won´t.
Good luck
Marina
