Dear all,

Hope you can help me fix the following problem.
While translating Word documents in Workbench, each time I click Set/Close open/Get [Alt]+[+] numeric keypad at the top of my Word screen I see the target segment, but the source segment remains “invisible” or just behind the top of my Word screen. For this reason I always have to scroll for a while in order to get both source and target segment visible. I suppose there must be a way to fix this inconvenience in ord... See more

Hi Sherefedin,

it might help to change the settings for 'View' in Word to 'Normal'.
In Dutch: under 'Beeld' choose 'Normaal'. I suspect you have 'Afdrukweergave' selected (Print View).

Your solution is perfect, dear Margreet.

That was the viewing problem and now it is fixed by setting
changing the view option from "Print view" into "Normal".
