Is it possible to import excel glossary files into Multiterms

I have just got SDL Trados 2007, and never use multiterms before. I have glossary in MS excel files that I wish to import into termbase, if possible. Can anyone tell me how can I imported the file, please?

Check your documentation for MultiTerm Convert. This program is part of your software package and can be used to transform excel files into MultiTerm databases.

I have just tried it myself, and it was easy to follow. Just read the instructions carefully. Because I didn't find the setup windows (the text's) very intuitive...
