Hi everybody,

I have decided to reinstall Trados since my Term recognition option does not wort at all. But now comes the funny thing: I can not do it. I keep getting: "Error 1306. Another application has exclusive access to the file C/Documents and Settings/Francisco/Datos de programa/Microsoft/Word/STARTUP/TRADOS7.dot. Please shut down all other applications, then click Retry."

I have shut down all the programs.

Any help?

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del Feb 29, 2008

And see what other applications are running. You might safely shut down all applications from "Applications" table, except Trados Install folder

You might also restart the computer, but it may not help if the offensive program is in your startup (say Win-Fax or like).

There must have been a problem with Office. I have reinstall Office and the Trados, and this time it worked. Still, I can not activate Term Recognition option. No errors at all, but the window is always blank!
