I want to invest in a French to English technical dictionary for translation applications in mechanical, electrical engineering and general technical fields. I currently use on line dict, but am wondering whether it is best to buy an old fashioned paper one one a software technical one ?? or maybe best just sticking to on line deach engines etc. ??? Any advice.

You may want to refer to that recent thread

in the French forum, dealing with the same topic.

Thanks Oddie,
I did see that thread prior to posting but it appears to be web site tools that I am already using rather than a dedicated reference tool.
Thanks for the info
