When I start to print FrameMaker book to PS(Distiller file), then export PDF.
The color of Some Paragraph changed from AvidPurple (newly defined color in FM, like DarkBlue) to blue.
Is there any specific options used to control the color output.

If this AvidPurple is a priority format you will need to change colors in the final file, in Photoshop or Acrobat Pro. Or use a standard color setting.
Colours treatment is a very tricky matter, it depends of a lot of factors.
Switch off color management completely in Distiller settings and see if that helps.
