Years ago there used to be a small software program developed by an Israeli company, which showed the translation of any word over which you hovered your mouse, instantly in a Windows balloon tip. It worked in any text application. Brilliant idea because it was fast and needed no clicks -- just hover over your word, and translations would appear instantly in the language you had pre-selected.
I work in Dutch > English and I've never been able to find anything similar since. Anyone know of such a package which would work with Windows 7?
