Help with Microsoft Publisher

Hi,

I have this file in Microsoft Publisher that my computer won't open because I have a wrong version of the program. Can someone help me open it and send it back to me as PDF or word file? I would really appreciate your help.

BUT if the file is larger than 3 MB, please, put it on an FTP for me to download.
