Someone sent me this link today: reSizer.
reSizer is a system utility that enables keyboard shortcuts to focus, move, resize and change other window properties in a fast and intuitive way without even touching the mouse.
I been using it for a few hours and I love it, I found this particular feature extremely helpful:
"When the taskbar has lots of opened applications is easy to get lost finding the right window. Most of the times, though, you only use a reduced group of the opened applications and the rest may remain minimized. In this situation, you can switch only between visible windows easily by holding the WinKey and pressing the minus (-) and plus (+) keys in the numeric pad. The minimized windows will remain in the taskbar."
