Dentro del Mercado de Capitales, este taller analizará este instrumento en particular; proporcionará los fundamentos teóricos y brindará abundante terminología en inglés y español; se realizará práctica de traducción del y al inglés de artículos de actualidad y documentación diversa.

Una vez analizada la terminología, se traducirán certificados analíticos al y del idioma extranjero. Se trabajará con catálogos de diferentes universidades estadounidenses y se brindarán sitios web.

3) INTRODUCTION TO CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS
TEMARIO:
I. Fundamentos teóricos y prácticos para la traducción a partir de la comparación de textos; II. Análisis de la terminología básica utilizada en las siguientes cláusulas: 1.Definitions; 2. Purpose; 3. Term; 4. Time and Manner of Payment; 5. Rights and Obligations; 6. Liability; 7. Waiver; 8. Warranty and Disclaimer; 9. Default; 10. Remedies for Breach of Contract; 11. Termination; 12. Assignment; 13. Force Majeure; 14. Notices; 15. Applicable Law; 16. Entire Agreement; 17. Arbitration.
Se trabajará con distintos tipos de contratos, a saber: Contrato de Compraventa de Energía; Oferta para el procesamiento de Gas por una UTE; Contrato de Leasing. Además, se proveerá información sobre sitios Web y bibliografía.
Una vez inscripto, el participante recibirá material para su traducción. Durante la clase se realizarán los comentarios y las correcciones correspondientes.
