Necesito, por favor, saber la tarifa actual por minuto de desgrabación (transcripción, sin traducción) en USD. Muchas gracias!

Ya que la calidad del audio puede ser sumamente variable, no existe pauta aplicable a dicho servicio. Además, no hay que aceptar ningún trabajo sin apreciar la totalidad de la grabación. El precio será función del tiempo dedicado a la tarea (por horas), y hay que resistirse a la tentación de ofrecer un precio por minuto a ciegas, pues al hacerlo se corre much riesgo.
Por lo tanto, no conviene cotizar como lo planteas. Así recomiendo.
