Which is more correct in this context...

A table basically that mentions property owned and the building name ;

What order should it go in? Should it be like it is in English

Trump Tower - Office Building
Trump Tower - Edificio de Oficinas

or should it be
Office Building - Trump Tower
Edificio de Oficinas - Trump Tower.

and what is the rule that applies to this particular situation?

I am answering in English because that is how you posted your questions, perhaps we should switch to Spanish in this forum?

I am not sure I see this as a grammar question, it seems just a matter of putting isolated items in a certain order. The way I see it, if the order stipulated is first property owned and second name of building, then in either language it would be:

Office Building - Trump Tower
Edificio de oficinas - Trump Tower (or even "torre Trump")
