Resulta que se me ha encomendado traducir, urgentemente (para el viernes), el siguiente contrato:
"Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for Construction Project Where the basis of Payment is Stipulated Sum", que es el documento AIA 101

No suelo aceptar trabajos con tan poco tiempo, pero se trata de un cliente de hace años y es la primera vez que ocurre.

En vista de la premura, agradecería que algun de ustedes me contactara, con la finalidad de que lleguemos a un acuerdo, si es que ha traducido este documento hacia el español.
