Differences between Dragon 8 and 9?

Are there any significant differences between both versions or did Nuance add a few functions to better market its product?
If so, what's is different. I don't like to have to retrain DNS from 0.

One clarification first: it is possible to retain your existing training and custom vocabulary during the upgrade from one Dragon release to the next.

There are some additional features, but what (for me) makes the upgrade worthwhile is a big improvement in recognition accuracy. Upgrading (or buying for the first time) is definitely justified on substantial gains in translation productivity.
