Hi,
I am preparing a quote for the transcription of a video in the same language (15min long).
Would you have an idea of how much money I should ask for this? (on average, for an "average text").
Should the quote be per minute transcribed? or per words transcribed?

Hi Ben! Per minute of tape is normally best. Calculate how long it's going to take you to work on that minute and base your price on that times 15.
