Hello everybody,
I have been translating for a local subtitling company for almost three years in Taiwan. I want to find one in North American or in Europe that does subtitle translation from English to Chinese on a regular basis.
Does anybody know any?

One firm which provides such multilingual subtitling / recoding / reformatting into Chinese and other languages is Captions, Inc., based in Burbank, California, USA.

I performed subtitling and re-coding tasks on-site (Captions, Inc. provided me with both useful technical training and an expert mentor/coach while I became familiar in using some of its new gear and processes) and later in my home office.
As I recall, Captions, Inc. has done into-Chinese post-production work -- VTs for advertising and other commercial promotions -- into Cantonese, Mandarin, Fukien, Chinzhao (sp.?), and Hong Kong dialect.
Good firm, good people there.
Recommend Captions, Inc. highly and with confidence.
You definitely would get your money's worth with Captions, Inc., especially because of that firm's impressive and rigorous in-house QA / QC / IVV review conducted as part of its normal production model.

I would like to request that if anyone else has information on subtitling companies that they'd like to share with adrenaline, to please reply by personal e-mail via adrenaline's profile.
